Fit at Founders provides Founders College students the opportunity to participate in free fitness classes taught by certified instructors.
The classes take place from September to April in each academic year and offer a variety of fitness activities. Since the program's launch in 2012, we have offered Yoga, Zumba, Pilates, Muay Thai, Women's Self Defense, Break-dancing, Aikido and Salsa classes. All classes take place in The Arthur Haberman Room (023 Founders College).

Fit at Founders 2018/2019
Beginning September 19, 2018, the College is pleased to offer Yoga Classes every Wednesday at 5:00pm. To participate. you will be asked to complete the appropriate registration and waiver forms at the door. That's it!
Leading the Yoga classes this year is Kimmel Alcide from Athletics & Recreation, York University.
When fitness classes are not in effect, the Arthur Haberman Room is used as a social/study space by students.
