Fit at Founders provides Founders College students the opportunity to participate in free fitness classes taught by certified instructors.
The classes take place from September to April in each academic year and offer a variety of fitness activities. Since the program's launch in 2012, we have offered Yoga, Zumba, Pilates, Muay Thai, Women's Self Defense, Break-dancing, Aikido and Salsa classes. All classes take place in The Arthur Haberman Room (023 Founders College).
