Current Year of Study: 2

Hi there! My name is Jodie Chinnery and my preferred pronouns are she/her. I am a 2nd year undergrad student pursuing my BA in Human Rights and Equity Studies. As a human rights and equity student, I am extremely passionate about justice and equity in our society. My goal as a P.A.L is to help maintain a safe and positive environment for my peers where individuals feel comfortable to be and express their authentic selves. I aim to assist in being a guide to the journey of social and academic wellbeing at York. My main aspiration is to be a positive agent of justice and equity in society in all that I do. Fun facts about me are: I love animals (especially cats), being in nature, baking cookies, and listening to Big Band Jazz music! I look forward to meeting you and getting to know you soon 🙂
